CONNECT & WORK TOGETHER
"I have worked with Tuesday on several projects both large and small over the years. She has a rare complement of extraordinarily balanced skills of design, facilitation, and project management. She can hold the big picture of the work while at the same time attend to important, essential details. But she really shines as a facilitator. Her authentic presence and significant skills and experience allow for rapid progress while at the same time honoring the process. No situation, no subject, no group is too much for her. She is my go-to person when we need to have a critical conversation at my organization or in our community."
Connect with Tuesday!
Tuesday loves working with brilliant, passionate people who are committed
to their work. Here are some ways you can work with her...
A great deal of Tuesday's work is helping people meet more effectively. She facilitates 90-minute to full-day meetings aimed at helping groups identify and take strategic action together. Whether the group is established and needs to refocus their work or it's a new group that needs to set direction and plan action, Tuesday will work with you to design and facilitate a meeting where you can get good work done. These meetings can also be part of short- or longer-term project work.
Tuesday facilitates group processes or sessions as part of larger traditional events. She also works with event planners to design, plan, and facilitate full conference experiences. She is also available for keynote presentations and session breakouts about her work, or on topics such as participatory leadership, working in difference, or working with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
A significant amount of Tuesday's work is facilitating 1–2 day strategic retreats for groups who are looking to further understand their current context and make action plans toward solving specific issues, engage others, or move to their next level of work.
One of Tuesday's favorite types of work is to deliver training related to hosting, participatory leadership, or working with multi-stakeholder processes. Several times a year, she is part of hosting teams that deliver 1-day Art of Hosting/Participatory Leadership trainings (see below), and she also develops and delivers specialized training as requested.
Tuesday is available for short- or long-term projects or initiatives that involve deeper strategic change work within organizations, systems, or communities. Working in project design, planning, facilitation, sense making, and action planning with groups of multiple stakeholders is a key area of her work.
Tuesday is also available for one-on-one work with clients and colleagues providing thought partnership and coaching on their projects or participatory work. If you’re looking for strategic counsel, design support and review, or more personal leadership development, she'd be happy to talk about how you might work together on an individual basis.
